Chef Pedro, who helms the El Mesón kitchen, has crafted a 5-course specialty menu featuring exquisite ingredients of classic favourites.

The host for this highly anticipated evening is Monsieur Thibault Renard of Ayala. The 31 year old, who hails from Paris, sees it as his duty to continue developing the house in international markets. As he proclaims with much enthusiasm, "It is a fantastic adventure for a wine lover to partake in this beautiful project: Waking up the sleeping beauty that Champagne Ayala is!”
